Trust & Probate Litigation Paralegal

Schedule: Full-Time | Hybrid/Remote Considered

Our firm is seeking an experienced Trust & Probate Litigation Paralegal to support a busy litigation practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong litigation background and at least 3+ years of recent experience handling contested probate matters.

Responsibilities:

• Manage litigation matters from inception through trial
• Draft pleadings, discovery, and litigation-related documents
• Handle calendaring, court filings, and service of process
• Assist with law and motion practice, mediations, and trial preparation
• Maintain case files and provide comprehensive litigation support

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of recent Trust & Probate litigation experience
• Experience with trust contests, will contests, breach of fiduciary duty claims, conservatorships, guardianships, and other contested probate matters
• Strong knowledge of discovery, trial preparation, court procedures, and case management
• Highly organized, proactive, tech-savvy, and able to work independently
• Seeking a long-term career opportunity (not contract or temporary work)

Compensation: $95,000-$135,000 base salary plus bonus, with flexibility for exceptional candidates.
